Our friend could not buy it herself and was going to lose her beloved farm house that she had lived in for 10 years. Home Heroes to the rescue! Out of our desire to provide people with HOPE, HELP, AND A BETTER TOMORROW… Why can’t we buy the property and rent it back to her?… rent to buy on contract? What other options do we have? We are a contractor who wants to help our crews stay busy so that they can provide for their families, that’s why we buy houses and fix them up, and sell them to someone who is looking for a beautiful like-new home.
